We collect information you provide when creating an account (email address) and information generated when you use Caliper (scope measurements, claim data you enter, usage logs). We do not sell your personal information.
We use your information to provide and improve the Caliper service, process payments via Stripe, send transactional emails via SendGrid, and communicate important service updates.
Account and scope data is stored securely in Supabase. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we do not store card numbers. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
We use session cookies solely to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
We use Stripe for payment processing, SendGrid for email delivery, Supabase for data storage, and Anthropic's Claude API for AI-powered analysis. Each operates under their own privacy policies.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing gcorbin@caliper.services.
